RETURN POLICY
At NOETOKI, quality is non-negotiable. If anything isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us here within 30 days.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all information (color, size, address, etc ) is correct before finalizing your purchase.
All sales are final end non-refundable.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTEED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. In such cases, a replacement T-shirt will be sent at no additional cost to you.
WRONG ADRESS
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirmation of the updated address.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to sender, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
RETURNS AND SIZE
Exchanges Returns for size exchanges are accepted.We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Sustainability Note Returned items are donated to local charities or recycled responsibly.

- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
